1. All goods remain the property of Heavenly Body until paid for in full.

2. Whilst every effort will be made to meet delivery time/dates, we do not accept liability for the consequences of any delay.

3. Measurements and Specifications are approximate only and may be subject to change.

4. Descriptions such as Silver, Gold, Platinum, Bronze etc, refer to the colour or finish only, not the material.

5. All images are the property of Heavenly Body and must not be reproduced without our written consent.

6. We try to keep most items in stock, however occasionally some items may be out of stock or temporarily unavailable. If an item is out of stock we will contact you, if the expected delivery date is not acceptable you will have the option to cancel all or part of the order.

7. We reserve the right to refuse an order if we are unable to agree arrangements, conditions, price, delivery, payment, etc.
